Simply put, Faltour is a Real Estate Electronic Document Management System. It is a unique system based entirely on strict real estate rules and transaction procedures. Moreover, Faltour’s EDM technology has received OACIQ certification and is compliant with RECO, RECBC, RECA, PIPEDA, FINTRAC and CRA published regulations, making it a fully secure EDM environment for users.
We use Faltour EDM to manage all of our office and Realtor paperflow. This has significantly reduced our reliance on paper and has streamlined our management system due in part to the seamless compatability with Lone Wolf.
BrokerWOLF is a powerful brokerage application designed to manage all accounting and back office functions of a real estate office. Created with the end user in mind, this simple yet comprehensive program provides a complete office management solution.
The fully integrated program combines accounting with transaction data to provide unrivaled real time reporting capabilities for the broker. Everything from listing inventory, transaction processing, Agent management, accounts payable and accounts receivable all the way down to financial statements are managed through the brokerWOLF back office accounting solution.
All of our Realtors use Faltour as well to manage all of their client documents, and now with the integration of Faltour into Webforms on RealtorLink, the process has become simpler to keep all client correspondence and contracts in one place.
We offer group training on Faltour as well as other Digital Agent programs regularly throughout the year for our Realtors.
Due to our relationship with Faltour, all our Realtors have access to all of Faltour's features at a special reduced monthly rate.
As soon as eSignature started being used for Real Estate in the United States, our management team took note, learned, and tested as many eSignature apps as we could. Our management team has provided training and we have also consulted and brought in industry experts to introduce and train our Realtors on the various eSignature platforms and apps.
