The OREA Real Estate College offers courses you will require to become eligible to make application for registration as a salesperson or broker with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), the profession’s regulatory body.
OREA offers the complete program of continuing education courses that will meet the mandatory continuing education requirements of the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002. You will complete the courses required to become eligible to apply to the Real Estate Council of Ontario for your initial registration as a salesperson. You have 18 months from the start of the first course to complete this step.
